They looked at each other, and she laughed. Her laugh was joyful and sweet, the kind of laugh that you laugh when you are with someone that you truly love and cherish. After the laughter escaped her she looked at him and said “Stop it!!” while letting out a hint of a laugh again. Watching the sunrise with the very first rays of sun falling on their faces and warming up their nose and ears. It was as if all the wildlife and trees were watching them and admiring their love for one another. She smiled down at the ground, it was as if they were the only two within miles.
Miranda & Logan were full of laughter and smiles, yes at 7 a.m. They met in high school, but the sparks didn’t start until they went to college. They both attended Pratt Community College and were involved in the performing arts, that’s when they first took an interest in each other. First they became friends and they let the friendship blossom, then they began dating. Currently they are attending Wichita State University and pursuing their bachelor’s degrees. Their wedding next summer is at this beautiful vineyard and I know that it will be a gorgeous day.
I first met Miranda on the day that she visited Skyline with her family. Her mom was touring and interviewing for a position where I was going to school and Miranda and her siblings had the opportunity to tag along. We met Miranda and luckily the following school year she joined my class. I am so glad that fate brought her to little ole’ Pratt, Kansas. Miranda has always been an absolute jewel. Her laughter is contagious, she brightens the room, and always sees the best in everyone. Even though we haven’t talked much since high school, when we see each other it’s as if only a few days have gone by.
